 Many of you are already familiar with the culture of Customer Driven Leadership as practiced by Automationdirect.com. As part of their federation, we were introduced to CDL and adopted it as AVG’s operating philosophy. We are officially trained by Dr. Ted Anders and his team in the practice of servant leadership.
Besides providing a strong character based foundation, CDL™ is by far the best business measurement system today. All company employees participate in defining the vision, promise, core values and profit boundaries for the company. Customers generate report cards for the team members servicing them in various departments such as customer service, inside sales, technical support, shipping as well as accounting. We will request that you periodically grade us as we seek continuous improvement.
In servant leadership culture, we ask our team members to issue report cards to team leaders who in turn issue report cards to senior management who also grade the President. So it is all about AVG/EZAutomation teams serving each other to provide the best customer service to you. With the launch of EZAutomation and now having direct contact with you, the customer, we most definitely have a challenge to serve you even better than what you’re currently used to. We know that we will make many mistakes in the process, but we are committed to get better everyday.
